The structure of our company is fundamental. When we first started organizing our Saddlery, we knew we had to do something much different than our competition. Some of those companies have been in business for decades and have ‘name-recognition’, which for many individuals in the market for a saddle, will more than likely choose one of those companies - which is understandable.

We knew from the beginning, that to make our three lines of saddles more appealing to a potential client, we had to do something very innovative. What that amounted to, was to streamline our company structure, by eliminating all the expenses that other Saddleries incur; a sales/marketing department, middle-men part retailers, expensive assembly-line machinery, and even a secretary. Instead, with all those savings, we can sell a better saddle for a lot less money, than what other Saddleries have to do to cover their expenses.

But more importantly, unlike other Saddleries, we have based the designs on our line of saddles, on the science of ergonomics. “Ergonomics is the application of psychological and physiological principles to the engineering and design of products, processes, and systems. Wikipedia.

It became very obvious to us that when we started watching riders, especially women, struggle to ride in a relaxed position and what repercussions their position had on the mechanical movement of their horses, we had to approach that problem with the designs of our saddles.

To solve this problem, we collaborated with an experienced Ergonomic Engineer, who also had a background in Equine Science, to design saddles that would address the physical anomalies of both horse and rider.

In addition to our engineering staff, we have highly trained saddle fitters throughout Germany and the U.S., plus quality saddlers here in Germany.

My position is a facilitator, with responsibility for taking orders from our Saddle Fitters, ordering the material required to make those saddles, and then assigning Saddlers to assemble those orders. Once completed, I perform a quality-control inspection and ship the saddles to the saddle fitters who took those orders.
